Return Policy

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.

To start a return, contact support from Account → Orders with your order number and reason. Approved returns must be packed securely in the original packaging where possible.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will confirm next steps for exchange or refund according to our Refund Policy.
