Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled from Account → Orders while the status is Pending or Confirmed. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is unavailable and our Return Policy applies instead.

If payment was captured for a cancelled order, a refund will follow our Refund Policy timelines.

For help cancelling an order, contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
